Ben and Estelle installed a watering system in my garden in March 2017. I had sought a number of quotes before selecting Ben's Irrigation, his quote was given within a few days as promised and pricing was very reasonable. At least one of the other companies that I sought a quote from said that the job could not be done that it was too difficult.

Ben & Estelle arrived on time, worked extremely hard throughout the day and cleaning up as they worked. The job that was too difficult for another company was completed to my full satisfaction, my garden has not looked better now that it is watered regularly whether I am there or not.

I have been trying to get the irrigation system sorted out for some time at my place and have paid another company on several occasions to come and work out what the problem is. Despite paying for an investigation on several occasions, I have been told that there was “nothing wrong”. Frustrated with the lack of adequate response, I decided to try someone new and was fortunate enough to come across Ben Challen, who was quickly able to identify the problem (at least eight leaks and other blockages) and was able to fix the problems that should have been identified and fixed by the other company.

Ben was always reliable and prompt and worked hard to achieve a good result.
